The Weidler is a high-end, seven-story apartment building that is comprised of 124 apartment homes. The project is well-located between the Pearl District and Slabtown in the Nob Hill neighborhood of Portland. The location features convenient access to transportation with a streetcar stop directly in front of the building, as well as access to arterial streets and I-405. The building features distinctive finishes that differentiate it from the competition and offer an authentic experience for residents. Amenities include a fitness center, large courtyard patio, expansive hospitality lobby that is shared with a retail partner serving the public and residents of the building. HMS also partnered with Portland Street Art Alliance and David Rice, a well-known local artist, to  curate all of the art of the building.
